“This property is beautiful - beautiful sunsets and changing lake views. We enjoyed walking around the roads. Cottage had everything we needed. Good, close grocery locations. Discovered “A Small Town Bakery” with gluten-free options in nearby Wayne. Plenty of towels, sheets and blankets for our stay, as well as games, movies and children’s toys. Loved the rinnai for those cold mornings. Washer/dryer on premises. Only suggestion - microwave was old and hard to figure out and should probably be……

“They say you can't go home again, but if you're a native returning to Maine (like us), you can come pretty close to it by staying at the Sea Lavender Cottage!We were four adults and an infant and there was plenty of room inside and outside. The Cottage is exceedingly clean and tastefully furnished and decorated. The views from the deck are stunning and we spent a lot of time with the provided binoculars watching the antics of the wildlife on the tidal river. We also used the kayaks to explore……

The sunsets were still amazing and we enjoyed our time in the space very much. Thank you so much for sharing this home with us. Hopefully, we will be able to book it again soon. ”

“This was our 2nd stay at this property. That says a lot! The cabin is wonderful. The "pond" is lovely (I call it a lake). The area is so quiet. The location is very non-commercial, however, we were 15 minutes away from restaurants, a major grocery store and gas. It was the perfect place for us to hang out, canoe (and watch mama, papa and baby loon) and chill on the dock. But, the coast is an easy hour drive. There are many great hikes in the Belgrade Lakes region. There's even an amazing Antique……

“The house was lovely and contained numerous thoughtful amenities. The fenced-in yard was perfect for our Great Pyrenees, and the proximity to the water (Dam Pond) was ideal. Sunsets were truly beautiful. One suggestion for future visitors would be a BBQ grill. We truly enjoyed our stay, and the owner, Elizabeth, was helpful and amiable. We would definitely consider a return. Our biggest problem was the 8-9 hour drive from NJ.”
