“Mgr Nancy at this location is rude and disrespectful. I notified the location within 5 minutes of my booking, the date was incorrect by one day. They would not assist, said I must contact Expedia. Then, Expedia called within 30 minutes because the system wouldn’t let them edit the reservation. Not cancel, just adjust. Again, the mgr Nancy refuse to adjust or make any accommodations - knowing the room would be unused and customer money was being wasted. While it was my error, it was an horrible……

“The property looked new. Marlon, the host, supplied the kitchen with an assortment of pots, pans, utensils, and silverware. The property was close to a main street; numerous restaurants and a major, grocery store were located less than a mile from the property.”

“This property is very nice. It's clean and well- kept. It's what I would consider a hidden gem. My stay was very relaxing and the views were amazing. The shower/bathroom are immaculate. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. I was able to control the room temperature in the cottage with ease via remote. Roku instructions were provided, which were important to me, as a non-technical person. It was quiet and peaceful and the exact get away that I was looking for. Due to the overwhelming amount……
