“Coffee machine only open from 6a to 11am,unable to access smart tv.Nobody to help with luggage!”

“There were two things I didn't like. First, we had to ask for the sheets and blankets for the fold out couch. The reservation was 4 people with one bed. We were obviously going to use it. Second, we had to go to the laundry room to exchange our towels. We gave them our dirty ones so we could get clean ones. I get people steal them, however it was an inconvenience.”

“The host were very accommodating, flexible and helpful. The amenities were exactly what we needed especially in the kitchen. Overall cleaniness was exceptional. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was as comfortable and accommodating as our own home. ”
