“The bathroom had noticeable urine stains around the toilet, and both the shampoo and body wash appeared to be excessively diluted. Although the room was reserved for four guests, only three towels were provided. Additionally, the pool area raised safety concerns: one window remained open and could not be closed, while another had a significant crack, creating a potential hazard.
