"The place is in a quiet neighborhood, the view of the little river is beautiful, and easy location to visit west side of the Smokey National park. The house is modest but clean, and the kitchen is surprisingly well stocked. The tvs are good and lastly the outdoor porch and set up is awesome! "

"As a car enthusiast this is a great place to stay. Being just a few miles from the "Tail of The Dragon" and our car rally based at Fontana Village. The house is well kept and has plenty of room for the kids to be separate from the adults. The only issue that we have is trash deposal. I think it would be easier for the cleaner to take care of the trash since they're local and know where to take it. For the customer to have to drive miles down the road to find a dumpster and make room to pack...
