“The hotel is under renovation but very clean overall. The only issue I had were some barking dogs and when I turned on the heater it made a high-pitch squealing noise before it actually kicked in and quieted down. Other than that my stay was excellent.”

There are no customers in other rooms, and it is still said that there are no free rooms to replace. They rejected your request very calmly. There is no better word to evaluate them.
