“We very much so enjoyed the quiet, peaceful location of this home. We also enjoyed seeing the cows out behind the house each day! The fenced in yard was great for our dogs to run around without us having to worry about them getting loose. There are a few maintenance items that could be touched up make the home even better. But overall we really enjoyed our stay and the ease of getting to the property. ”

“Very comfortable accommodations. Only issue was the hot tub was not as clean as I would have liked. Enjoyed it though. ”

“It is a cottage at the top of a mountain, complete with mountain roads and beautiful views no matter which way is taken to get there. The cottage feels bigger than it looks and everything was cozy and nicely done. It was not the height of the season for the area I think, so it was quiet and peaceful. We all enjoyed spending time there between family visits.”

Townsend is the a great location - close to the Great Smoky Mountains but far enough away from the busy tourist side of Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. It gave us the quiet mountain experience we wanted while still being convenient for exploring the area. ”
