“As expected for the price. Hotel could use some updating and freshening up across the board. Easy walk into town. waffles at breakfast were good. It worked for our two day stay anything longer I would suggest paying more for an upgraded experience. ”

“Location was great. Everything from the staff to the ambiance was amazing. There was a bit of a wait time for the bar and the restaurant, they seemed to be a bit short staffed. However, my husband and I had a great time here. If we ever come back to Gatlinburg this is definitely the hotel we will be staying again. ”

“Pros: 1) room is pretty comfortable and clean. 2) Nice balcony and good river view. Cons: 1) Kind of noisy since it’s on the main street. 2) Be an early bird otherwise there will be a long line waiting for breakfast in the narrow room.”

“ The check-in staff was neither friendly nor cordial. I had non-smoking rooms but all the smoke from the adjacent rooms seeped into ours making our stay unpleasant. There was so much noise during the night. Also , I found a nicotine mints on the nightstand after the room was “cleaned” on the second day of our stay. This hotel is not family friendly. ”

“This property is beautiful and close to the strip with all the attractions, restaurants and bars. Everything is in walking distance. We were right next-door to the Ripley's Aquarium. We were told at check in that black bears like to roam the property and to be cautious. We saw bears numerous times while staying. Our balcony overlooked the river and a bear enjoyed it every day we were there. I gave 4 stars only because I was woken up numerous times during the night with children running down the……

“The staff was very friendly, check in was quick and welcoming, spacious clean rooms, the pool was little cooler than we desired but it was clean and we enjoyed it. The buffet breakfast was an added bonus. They offered Eggs, chicken, sausage gravy and biscuits, waffles, bagels, cereal, fruits and a few other goodies at no cost. Throughout our stay the staff was friendly. We enjoyed our stay and will stay again when we return next year. The one down fall is there is not enough parking for all……
