"The room was clean and fresh . The breakfast was great, clean area the front desk staff was courteous.. But.. Elaine in the Breakfast area was the best. Friendly and helpful nothing was too much trouble for her to assist you. God bless all of you, your friend from New Jersey."

"Desk staff was friendly and attentive. The hotel is currently undergoing renovations and hopefully the room I stayed in is still on the list for updates. Everything was clean and neat but the room finishes (baseboards, paint covered outlets, worn curtains, etc) made the room look a little sloppy. Pets are allowed in the rooms but I could hear a dog from the next room whining and barking until late in the night, it broke my heart. All of the room and hotel amenities were well kept and in working order."

"Staff pleasant, however not not willing to match price of room with Expedia, when asked in person at hotel. Much better prices on Expedia. Hotel elevator not working and given room on 3rd floor. Rokm was clean. Worth price on Expedia. Overpriced if you were to book with hotel directly. "

"Our room was very clean and the bed was super comfortable. The staff was very friendly and made us feel welcomed. We ate at Cooper there and the breakfast was absolutely delicious and fresh. Definitely will stay here again when we come back to visit family again"

"this hotel gave off bed bug vibes and the pull out sofa was full of god knows what, so disgusting. I wish I took pictures but we only defaulted here because our flight was delayed and we still had to drive 2 hrs to our destination and it got late out."
