My stay here was amazing. I arrived from Michigan very early in the morning. My reservation was messed up it was ice storm in route to the area. Me and my family was so upset. The front desk ladies really understood and was helpful. Because we made the reservation through 3rd party. But they did not turn us away they made it work.
