“Everything was awesome, except there was no hot water”

“I loved the unique decor of the Prickly Pear room. The pond was lovely, very peaceful landscape. Perfect location for events at Cooper's BBQ and venue. Definitely will be returning.”

“We liked it a lot - just right for us. ”

“There were a few things that could be fixed to make it a solid 5 (like fixing the blinds on the door, figuring out the locking situation, and having extra towels/toiletries), but overall we had a good time. The lock situation was annoying but at the end of the day, our stay wasn’t hindered because of it. We had a good stay and would visit again.”

“The beds had hair all over them, finger nail clippings on the carpet so the cleaners did not vacuum. The bath sink and counter had hair all over as if someone shaved and no one bothered to clean anything up. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. Mold on curtains. The shower curtain had boogers and snot all over it. Hotel staff was nice though. The cleaning staff needs to be taught how to actually clean.”
