Everyone we encountered was friendly, professional, attentive, and always willing to help. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the atmosphere made our stay especially enjoyable. What truly stood out, however, was the exceptional service. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, and their kindness and hospitality made a lasting impression. It is refreshing to stay somewhere where you can tell that the team truly cares about their guests and takes pride in providing excellent service. We felt comfortable and appreciated throughout our entire stay. Thank you to the entire staff for making our visit such a pleasant and memorable experience. "Very reasonably priced. Rooms are clean, microwave, a nice bigger than usual fridge, a little coffee maker and a toaster. Prospector restaurant amazing and a pub inside. Only thing no working pool."

"This is definitely a budget hotel with no elevator. However, it was clean and the staff were wonderful! We had a problem with our reservation and they worked quickly to resolve our problem. The breakfast staff was also very friendly and there was plenty of food."
