Property double booked my room and did not advise me that my secured room was no longer available until 5PM even though I had done a 24 hour advance check in and had reauested the room be ready by 12 if possible. The room that I was given wasnt even ready until 7PM 4 hours after check in. I guess if i had arrived earlier i wouldve have been SOL and had to wait in a parking lot for 4 hours just for the staff to figure out what is going on. Property itself is nice but the services and staff themselves are borderline and neglect to properly inform their customers of any changes.

We truly enjoyed our stay here. Breakfast was great and staff was friendly, Joy in particular was very welcoming. We would definitely stay here next time we’re in the area.
