“There was no way to find entrance into a couple of the swimming pools that we were told we could use. Directions to get to our second place were not great, but that was partly the fault of our phones. The woman at the desk was helpful but we had trouble finding our place to stay. For example, at the time we found out we were at the exit instead of the entrance to the rooms, there was no gate code mentioned. We had to call again for the gate code.
