Do not recommend
I was unsatisfied with our stay. Upon arrival I was not able to contact anyone regarding parking, the kitchen was not properly cleaned (crumbs on the counter by sink and on the stove, old food and crumbs in the bottom of the oven) the floors through out were dirty, there were no trash bags in any of the small trash cans, there was a used dish sponge left on the kitchen sink and no new one to be used, no top sheets on any of the beds, there were no dish towels/dish rags, the couch upstairs of the unit was broken and the upstairs sleeping quarters was uncomfortably hot. Parking is supposed to be included in the stay but I was unable to find an open parking spot on the road so I had to pay for hourly parking and walk outside frequently to see if there was an open spot yet. When I presented this to the person overseeing the property I was told it was out of their control and I would have to either pay by the hour to park in a lot or drive a couple streets over in search of parking. When I addressed the HVAC issue I was told the thermostat had to remain set in the 70s (it was high 80s/low 90s outside) and that they would have box fans delivered. Upstairs of the unit was almost 90° where most of my family would have to sleep. When I tried to turn the thermostat down to attempt to try and cool the upstairs a little, they locked it and set it to cool to 67 for one hour and than back to 73 where I was unable to adjust it. I will not book with Travers again and will not recommend them
