“This hotel is down an alleyway surrounded by bars- please keep this in mind if you are a solo female traveller. The location is great, close to Cuba street and Te Papa. The only downside of being in this area is the bars surrounding this hotel, as it is quite noisy at night. It doesn’t attract the nicest people to the alley. “Fantastic service and staff and great location. Our room was spacious and comfortable but we were not a fan of the bathroom situation. Clear glass doors that didn't shut properly, and the shower has curtains that didn't stop water from getting everywhere. We were also on the ground floor and got a bit of noise from the cafe. That said, I would totally stay again, but I would not go for the ground floor studio. Still, great stay, fantastic breakfast and the men on reception were excellent. We……
