“The property is on a quiet road with beach access directly across the street. The beach is quiet, only a couple of other families even during a peak week in July - some days we had the beach entirely to ourselves! Waves were calm, you will not be surfing here, but it is perfect for a young child's visit to the ocean, and great for frisbee, kites, and waveballs. The cottage was very well maintained and clean. Kitchen was well stocked, it had everything we needed for cooking. Great water pressure...

“The house matched the description perfectly. It is a gated community, but easy to access. Very close to Ocean City and to Assateague Island.I would note that the AC is very loud, so if you’re a light sleeper I recommend earplugs.The bedrooms and bathrooms are well-equipped and I appreciated the filtered water in the fridge. Hope to stay there again! ”

“Very comfortable, perfect accommodations for the five of us. We loved gathering together every evening in the large family room, after our walk to the beach to watch the sunset. Excellent location for beach goers. Owner was easy to reach and very personable.”

“It was our first time in Dewey and we enjoyed it very much. The proximity to the beach is great. The host was very friendly and helpful with restaurant recommendations (and even a jump start at the end!). Highly recommended. Breakfast at the Sunrise cafe and crab cakes at Woody’s. ”

“The house was cute and clean and in such a great spot. I love that there were bikes and beach items for us to use. At first we were worried the downstairs bedrooms would be too hot but leaving the doors open with the fans on worked well. We only wish there were a second bathroom but we may do and everything else was lovely. The host was incredibly responsive and very flexible when our plans changed at the last minute and he accommodated.”

“It was a very cute and comfortable place! We had two adults and two teenage boys in our group, and everyone had a wonderful time! Everything about the place made our vacation absolutely relaxing! We also enjoyed how close the boardwalk, beach, and pool was! We would definitely stay here again!”
