“The view from our ocean front room was wonderful. The breakfast buffet was as expected for a hotel breakfast. The property is beginning to show wear. Areas where the flooring is becoming unglued, mattresses a little uncomfortable, built up rust and dirt in the tracks of the slider to the balcony. The staff was very helpful and friendly”

Plenty of room for our people and fur family members Host very timely with communication. Location is great. It's now considered our Bethany Beach Gem. Will definitely return.”

“We had a good stay in Bethany Beach. The property was as pictured and listed accurately. We of course stayed here to be walking distance to the beach with our three kiddos and it is absolutely walking distance; however you do have to cross a really busy street and after doing that for a couple days with three kids and all of the beach 'stuff', I would rather not have to cross that busy street. The home is older but equipped with everything one would need. Good bedroom space, but they could use...

“We had a lovely stay at Karen’s rental. Everything was clean and well kept. It looked exactly as described. You cannot beat the proximity to the beach and the boardwalk is just a quick ride away. ”

“This home was right between the tennis courts and pickleball courts. Great for clinics and night time pickleball games under the lights. The trams were good for taking us to the beach and driving us back home. The pots and pans were clean and the owner had soaps and detergents available. The condo was great and I would stay there again and take advantage of more tennis clinics.”
