“This hotel looks nothing like the pictures. We showed up for a night stay. Our first room smelled like smoke so bad we needed to move. The next room was disgustingly dirty, dirty walls, broken furniture, holes in the bathroom door, broken lock on the door, broken tv, holes in the ceiling with parts falling down. The elevator was broken so we needed to carry our luggage. It was unacceptable with how inaccurate the pictures made this hotel look compared to what it actually was.”

“We have been going to this property for 12 years. The quality has gone down every year especially when management changes. Pay for parking now, property exterior was dirty all week, They allow dogs in all rooms which makes it difficult for staff to clean. Both rooms booked where full of dog hair on bed and pull out sofa had to get staff to reclean rooms, A/C units dirty and need to be changed out. Fan timers light switches/lighting not working. The worst part is booked two rooms on Bayside when……

“房间条件还可以，有厨房，但设施一般般，晚上到的，前台已经关闭，需要到隔壁另外酒店的前台办理入住，第一次的房间靠马路，比较吵，后来换了一间还可以。”

“Loved that it was only a block from the beach, and our motel room, while small, was comfortable and clean. Beds were very comfortable. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Enjoyed the pool. Several eateries were within walking distance. Lots for families and kids to do in the area, e.g. mini golf, small water park, ice cream, popcorn and games arcade all within close proximity to the motel.”
