Close to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Brown’s Stadium but not much else if you are on foot. Had difficulty with sluggish wifi and the air conditioner could not keep up with the humidity of the four of us in the room. The staff tried to make it right, very helpful and responsive.

I will never stay here again unless they do a massive upgrade. The rooms are filthy(my ceiling had a HUGE stain on it and the previous guests food was still in the fridge) and in massive need of an update.

Good location - was able to walk to Rock & Roll Hall of Fame (about 15 minutes) and to the Progressive Field (20 minutes but doable). The room was fine. There were signs of wear and tear but overall okay. There was something that was questionable in the hall—hopefully just a bad spill - and it stayed there throughout our 3 night stay without getting cleaned up. Staff was very friendly.

The staff was excellent! I always appreciate when staff go above and beyond in little ways. Like pointing out the things to do near the hotel, and places to eat without being asked.

It was a great location. It smelled like sewage in the hallways and musty. The trash smell from the dumpsters was gross. The Cafe to get coffee was closed because the people didnt show up that day. The place was surface clean but it was just very dingy. The hallways were dimly lit and whole place just seemed that it was not maintained properly. There was peeling wallpaper, rusted bathroom lighting and just overall not a good experience. Actually cutting our event short and heading instead of staying the extra day.

I needed coffee this morning before I left and when I are down to get a cup, the girl behind the counter was annoyed that she had to wait on anyone. Instead of getting into an altercation with someone before I had coffee, I opted to stop at Dunkin on the Turnpike. Otherwise the stay was good.

Great location for Rock Hall of Fame. Has a multi storey car park. Can load and unload to side of reception. 30 dollars a night is a bit steep. Bar food good but its like sitting in a refrigerator. Staff are nice and helpful. Like all, rooms dont have bright enough lights and the place pathetically has only 2 luggage carts.
