Hotel had been recently remodeled and was very nice. The room was much bigger than expected. Had a nice continental breakfast, that included eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits, gravy, waffles, cereal, fruit, yogurt, juice, coffee and milk. The employee at the front desk was very friendly and was able to change our room from two queen sized beds, to one king sized bed with no problems.

Such an amazing time for our Anniversary, the lovely people greeted us upon arrival and made sure we had everything we needed and could have hoped for, the mansion and property were so amazing and so taken care of, we will definitely come back and bring family and friends next visit. When you arrive the check-in/parking a bit confusing as is the upstairs check-in (like Europe). A little more signage would help.The staff way above average and the rooms were nice. A little noisy early in evening but that can be expected in downtown area.

Super cool boutique hotel with a great vibe. Rooms were clean, comfy beds, great water pressure in the shower. The rooftop bar/restaurant was had yummy food and drinks, along with live music. The tacos at the poolside taco stand were also delicious.

Property is convenient to the BOK center in downtown Tulsa. They charge $15 to park, but it is adjacent to the hotel in a gated and lit lot. The rooms are large and comfortable. We didn't use the kitchenette. The room was clean, but the rest of the hotel needed a good clean. It didn't look like the hall carpets had been vacuumed in a weeks. Breakfast was good with plenty of hot or cold food options. The price is reasonable for downtown Tulsa, but there are better options.
