This hotel was the nastiest hotel we’ve ever seen. It was so bad we left within 15 mins and booked another hotel up the road. The check in experience was ok, but the man behind the counter wasn’t wearing anything but casual clothes, so that was our first red flag. They also didn’t have any food or drinks at the front desk aside from 2 bulging cans of coke and a few bottles of water for cash only, which we didn’t have. When we got to our room, we opened the door and were instantly hit with a musty smell and heavy humidity/moisture. The room had cobwebs in multiple corners, and stains on the floor and window curtains. There was even rust, dust and stains on the light fixtures. There were not toiletries in the bathroom and part of the bottom dresser was damaged. We had 3 kids with us, one being a baby so all of this made us feel very uneasy. The musty smell and potential mold being a big factor for me. I felt so gross in the room. We all got into the beds to try and sleep but the humidity in the room was so high that the bedding all felt damp and wet. We thought maybe it was just that room so we requested another room. The next room was just the same. It was at that point we realized this hotel needed serious help and we weren't risking it. So we packed up and booked another hotel down the road. We wish we took photos, but we were so taken aback we honestly forgot. We just wanted to get out of there. Never again. We also tried to get our money back and they denied it. 0/10.

Great for families with or without pets passing through. Location is great! Easy access to interstate and everything you will need within a few miles.

Excellent location with the shuttle service at the corner. Great restaurant choices on site on property and in the train station area. Staff were super friendly. Stayed in rail car and it was a great...super cool experience. Recommend if you have a car...going to point park and to the Boathouse for food.

The staff at check in, didn't tell us to watch our step getting off the elevator because the floors in front of the elevator when you got off were being redone,! No safety signs & pieces of construction materials laying around. Large gaps in flooring. Messy! The workers not being safe. Breakfast - cheap yogurt, no hard boiled eggs or cartons of milk. I had stayed at a Quinta in Gainesville Florida & it was nice, not this one. Room ok, but refrigerator wasn't plugged in!
