"We had a great weekend here and wish we could have stayed longer. The property is amazing with a huge flat field, creek, bench. My family and dogs enjoyed running around the field. I did not go with them, but enjoyed watching. I have severe arthritis and 2 knee replacements. There are just a few steps to get into the home. The masterbed is comfortable. While I did not use the master tub, it does look like it would be easy to get in and out of with its half step. Joe responded to our only issue...

"Very clean and perfect for 2 adults. Parking was a little narrow. Air conditioner is about shoulder high walking between a boat and the cabin. Poison oak. "

"Very lovely place to stay! Home has two equal sized bedrooms large enough for 2 adults each. The living room has a nice, cozy reclining sofa and flat screen TV. 20 minutes drive to downtown Chattanooga, and near some cute breakfast places. Also about an hours drive to Unclaimed Baggage, an Alabama Easter egg where the airlines unload random goods (Louis Bags, underwear, you name it). Hot tub seems really nice! Also the spot comes with free bottled water, sodas, plenty of cookware and other...

"Lovely cozy little property. It was a little noisy since it was right off 411, but not terribly so. Great for couples wanting to get away, maybe not so much for those with kids who would need a TV as there isn't one. Would stay again for another weekend getaway!"

We stayed here because we love the mountains and wanted to enjoy a beautiful view while attending events for our daughter's graduation from a local university. We weren't aware from the VRBO listing that this property is located in a large retreat campground. It is a fairly rigorous ride up the mountain on a gravel road. The kitchen was small and stocked with basic essentials....
