“The walls, doors ceiling were nasty. Curtains were barely hanging. Light bulb socket was hanging from the wires. Broken glass in the shower. Tv was nasty. The room doesnt get a cleaning. It just gets a quick mop, trash and linen refreshed. I even got a piece in my foot. Staff was nice when I checked in and out. I have taken pictures of the room and piece of glass I got in my foot from the shwer.

“We called to make sure hotel knew we were arriving after 2 am. When we got there, the front desk person said our reservation was cancelled and made us a new one. That was disappointing bc we were tired ”
“Even though we did not use it, it was nice having a kitchen. Bed was comfortable. Easy access to where we needed to travel during our stay. Staff were all very nice. ”
“The sheets had stains on them and the bathroom was dirty there was trash behind the toilet. Extremely unhappy and would like to cooperate. When I asked for the info the lady at the desk told me to “deal with it, it’s a cheap hotel” extremely unhappy and very unacceptable😡”
“We loved that we had access to a full sized kitchen. It was very clean and the housekeeper was always cheerful and prompt with fresh towels as we chose not to be disturbed during our week-long stay.
We were disappointed to learn that the in-house washer and dryer was disconnected and reserved for "long-term" guests only.
We also had concerns with air circulation between the two rooms and bathroom. The AC unit was in the living area and besides ceiling fans there was no cold air in the bedroom……
“The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming of our two large dogs. Inexpensive per dog fee of $15. Many places say "dog friendly" but then charge $75/per dog and only if they are tiny dogs. This Clarion was truly dog friendly.”
