“The accommodation was clean and spacious. The decor is quite dark, but probably because of the dark beams. The welcome in the pub wasn’t great, we weren’t acknowledged whilst standing with our bags in the pub. “Located in centre of town there was a lot of noise from people going to and from pubs/clubs, also a lot of boy racers in there cars driving around and around constantly past our room window, we did stay on a Saturday night so probably busier than other nights, but had to have window open due to being hot and no air conditioning, and even with window closed still quite noisy. Room 8 was excellent with plenty of space and a large bath with separate shower.

“This price is not worth it. We booked one night, when we arrived at the hotel, there keycard system something wrong, we got the room without keycard for few hours, really inconvenient. We went to swimming pool, though the door without keycard, so we can’t entre, we back to reception again, after that we were waiting for the leisure reception staff a long time, really angry about it.”

“Constant smell of cheap air fresheners in the halls, food was overcooked and took an extremely long time to arrive, people arriving after me were served there food before me.
My experience was all the staff were in their early twenties, Maybe my issue were down to a lack of experience being on hand.

The hotel wasn’t exactly what I was expecting - the name suggests a degree of elegance, but what I found was a downmarket version of a premier inn without the consistency. Relatively convenient for nearby attractions about halfway to Bewdley on the Bewdley road. A decent walk to the center of Kidderminster for most dining options.”
