1. Check in: Was okay, associate could have been more helpful. Couldn't tell me if my room faced the front, back or sides of the building and said I could find out when I got up there. 2. Parked on the side where it looked like good lighting. Got out of car and noticed a man had the door propped open with a hand towel. There were two bottles of liquor on the ground, open. He was loading his vehicle, it appeared, said the hotel was not dog friendly. He had a small dog. Odd. 3. Walked over his stuff and into the hotel, up the stairs, running into a couple leaving around 5pm, one in pj's and hair in a bonnet. Odd. 4. Got into room which was on the other end of the building. 5. Then came the constant opening and closing (slamming) of doors, loud voices, etc. until around 9pm. Walked out to get something to car, noticed door next to me was not shut, on way back in an inebriated man said hello to me. He was kind...not sure where he was going or why he had his door propped open. Next day, another associate on duty, very polite. Not as many people around me, so much quieter settling in. But the odd thing was a man sitting outside with an open beer, he got up and walked back inside hotel with the open beer. Not sure if he was the gentleman I ran into the day before since I was more concerned about getting into the hotel than his facial features but both were thin, smaller framed older males. Odd. I don't know if the breakfast was any good bc I didn't go down.

The breakfast area was nice and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room had a couple of cosmetic issues but nothing horrible. I would definitely stay again.

Ac didn work in first room but move us to a better so it work oout great breakfast great place to stay but a lot of homeless people great restaurants in walking distance

Amazing staff and clean room..

Overall enjoyed my mini staycation at Prado. I enjoyed the staff they were all very helpful. I also loved the complimentary dinner and beverage at night. It was a nice touch. The room was good, neat, clean. It was just slight paper left over in the rooms from previous guest. Was a bit of residue on toilet but I brought my own Lysol for that. So not much of a complaint, just more thorough cleaniless. Also it rained really bad the night of my stay and the front door leaked water into entry way which was very dangerous. Ms. Shamby, I think her name was, stood there to ensure guests were safe. It was a kind gesture but she shouldn't have needed to do that. Her safety was at risk as well. But I enjoyed my stay, it was quiet and comfy. Will stay again.
