“Enjoyed our stay but had to cut it short due to an electrical problem that would not allow us to turn off the light at night. Did not sleep well.”

“Cabin really is charming. We were just there overnight. Would be a great place to stay for a weekend! My only recommendation is to make the dishes in the kitchen more accessible. Shelves are very high. I’m 5’ tall and literally couldn't reach a bowl. Maybe a stepstool?”

“Overall a Nice Stay, But Some Disappointments We stayed at this cabin and overall had a nice time—the area is beautiful and the cabin itself had a cozy feel. However, there were a few issues that took away from the experience. There were ants in the kitchen, which made food prep a bit frustrating. The kitchen light also didn’t work during our stay, so we were cooking in the dark most of the time. “Quiet location with a great front porch. All the amenities you would need. Wildlife. Comfortable queen bed. Gas fireplace added ambience. We would go back!”

“The cabin was in a nice location with easy access to Shaver Lake. The wood fireplace warmed the house nicely, be sure to bring your own wood and matches. There are three bedrooms the downstairs queen bed is comfortable, the upstairs queen bed was really hard to sleep on and the room with the bunkbeds was not comfortable for teens so we would recommend only for small children. The house was nice and clean and was a nice place to play in the snow. ”
