"I love that it’s not on the main road as it was easy to come and go as I wanted. My room and the property were all clean and maintained. And the staff were friendly and knowledgeable about the area. What more can I hope for!!! I have already recommended it to friends."

"Great location if you want to walk to Asheville Yards and other places. The hotel itself is run down and the room we stayed in had a huge window floor to ceiling but it was placed so that anyone walking to get to their room it’s fully visible inside unless you pull the blackout curtains. When we got in from the show cops were there? The parking lot was extremely crowded and was tight for any car to get in or out of the space. The best part was the staff at the desk kind and friendly."

"It was great and convenient for us since we didn’t have a car during our stay. We could walk around downtown Asheville and uber was 20 min from AVL and 15 min to Biltmore. "

"Overall good location and clean hotel, although it’s a little dated. Did find someone else personal belongings that got missed in cleaning but it happens. Would stay again"
