Treated me like I didn’t know what I was talking about , while another couple was waiting outside looking at their phones trying to figure it out! “Poor quality gym. Useless pool hours. Overall quality of facility was poor upkeep. Smelled of cigarette and dope smoke. No sound proofing. The neighbor was having a party at 2 in the morning. Might as well have joined them. Bedding material was very well used and mattresses were less than to be desired. Online description does not match what the actual amenities really are.”

“Our state was good the staff was nice but while we were there they didn't come in and clean our room and we couldn't figure out how to get the heater working but then we finally figured it out other than that not bad”

“The place is falling apart and is terribly maintained. The room was dirty, the shower didn’t work, it smells, I would never recommend it to anybody. I put up with it because I had no other choice since I was traveling with my daughter and we arrived late at night. Left the next morning as fast as I could.”
