“The place is amazing this is the best place that I’ve ever been .The room was beautiful ,clean and spacious ,We love the hot tub and all the amenities.My family also enjoy the swimming pool clean and cool.My son enjoyed playing with the cat.The host is very friendly and nice people .Breakfast is delicious.Excellent planning to come back again next time.”

“Easy in and out location”

“The staff were very unapproachable and whenever we asked for assistance they seemed annoyed by us. The breakfast room doors were always closed and it was like they did not want us in there. And while we were in the breakfast room it was absolutely disgusting. Split/stuck on food everywhere that looked like it had been there for a LONG time. We went to go swimming and there were band-aids, spiders, debris all throughout the pool. We had to grab the cleaner and scoop items out prior to going in. ……

“The ice machines didn't work except on the 1st floor and we were on the 3rd floor. All the vending machines were out of order. The furniture was dirty in our room. Fridge didn't have a freezer. But the beds were comfortable. When we checked in it was quick and the employee was very nice. Since it's a conference center there was a wedding reception at midnight full of loud drunk people checking in.”

“Great hotel, charming as can be in the heart of downtown Mayville. Walkable to coffee shop, restaurants and bars. Parking is limited. I was happy I brought an eye mask as the rooms do not get as dark as I am used to. Pay attention to late arrival policies and procedures as the desk is not manned 24hours.”

“Front desk check was a breeze. Very friendly staff. Our king room was very clean! Breakfast was adequate, I liked the fact they had trays to take back to the room. Would stay there again.”

“Bed was hard as a rock. The owner was rude to my dad over a deposit then changed his mind about it after seeing us. Was repeatedly going to call about changing locks but never did during a holiday weekend and I barely slept the entire time there despite using sleeping pills and alcohol. Hotel was too close to the road making any vehicle going by another way to wake us up. Was a horrible stay and will not recommend.”

“The positive: we liked the location. The negatives: the room had a strongly bad odor when we arrived and never got better. The bathroom floor and toilet were dirty. There was only one bracket where there was supposed to be a towel rack. Needs a new shower head(was not really adjustable) and shower curtain. It looked like they were attempting to fix up the front entrance with gardening items, but it was junky looking.”
