“Amazing ”

“There were holes in the bedsheets, stains on the carpet and the chair looked disgusting. The other chair had a massive hole in the padding. All the wooden furniture was scratched and worn. The pillows and mattress were uncomfortable. The shower’s water pressure wasn’t great, but there was hot water, the bathroom amenities were fine. The walls felt pretty thin, there were babies/children crying in the room next to mine on and off until 2 am. There were also people coming and going a lot……

“When I arrived for breakfast on time, eggs and milk were gone, no tea bags, no attendant. Totally inadequate! Although the room was billed at accessible, a wheelchair did not fit beside the bed, the shower had no seat or hand held water. Staff eventually supplied a metal folding chair with a padded seat. Totally inadequate!”

“I think the hotel may have been just a few years old. The shower stream was still powerful. The room was big and comfortable, and there were two TVs. The complimentary breakfast was just ok. The lady who checked us in was quite cool and nice. Overall, I enjoyed my stay. ”

“We arrived one hour before checking time, there is no storage room for guest luggage, we have to pay early check-in fee for one hour. There is no flexibility. The fare I paid includes breakfast, but hotel only provide very simple breakfast set for pickup, one muffin one apple juice and one yogurt only which is far from my expectation. Overall it is a fair hotel, don't expect too much.”

“Breakfast was nasty, there was a miscommunication in my stay so I had housekeeping knocking plenty of times on my door and the front desk lady, Jean, was very rude about the situation. Floors and walls were dirty. Not a great experience, I’m not coming back. ”

“Hotel was great! The bar was absolutely horrible. I went to the bar on Thursday night around 9pm, it was kind of crowded, took about 10 minutes to order a draft beer, and even longer to get it. When it finally arrived, which took a good ten minutes, the bartender and barback never checked back up on me, even when I had an empty glass in front of me. I flagged down the barback, asked for my check, and waited five minutes. Threw down $5, and left. Friday night, bar had maybe ten people in it at……
