“Overall, the hotel was very nice: clean, quiet, in very good condition, and room furniture/condition were great too. The room also had a regular size fridge, microwave, and a small stove top. There is a Buffalo Wild Wings restaurant and AMC move-theater within walking distance – everything else is a short drive (e.g. a huge strip mall).”

“I loved this quaint little place. We didn't arrive until after dark, but the owner was on the phone guiding us to the property. When I left the key code in the room while unloading the car, we called her again and she helped us unlocked the door. My only complaint would be lack of ventilation in the bathroom, but the Fairfield Inn and suites the night before also lacked it. Would stay again.”

“The room was clean and comfortable. It is located in a quiet area with only a 10 minute drive to the area. The pool was really nice. We stayed for a week and the card in the room said we would get room service halfway through our stay if we wanted it. We put the card out to service the room but they didn’t do it. We then found a staff member and asked for clean towels and to sweep the floor. We did get a couple of clean towels but it didn’t feel like they swept the floor. If there had been a……

“If you want to enjoy the water front area of Wilmington, you'd be hard pressed to beat the location and amenities of this hotel. Everything from the rooms to the service to the outside bar was excellent. Did I mention the outside bar? Excellent! It's within walking distance of everything on the waterfront.”
