“Clean room”

“still breakfast, even no packed oatmeal or pastries?! BUT same price!!! Even no decaf coffee after checking with front desk; as customer, trying our best to understand, but seems Covid became such an convenience to hotels and lots of inconvenience to us! I request a partial refund for expensive these two rooms which will be very reasonable ”

“Second floor room no elevator. Traveling with my mom who doesn't get around very well. She was able to make the stairs but had a hard time. The stairway is out side and very dirty. I asked for a towel and got the third degree. We had 3 people in our room and only 2 towels. There was something in the shower looked like pee. We stayed 3 nights never once hurd a vacuum going when they were up cleaning..? Rooms seem to have thick walls didn't hear much nice outside. The balcony was nice. Beds were……

“Location was easy. Room was clean. Staff very helpful. The only real issue was breakfast ended at nine...and the room was so dark and comfy that we slept until 8:15! We had to hustle. Breakfast staff was very helpful and kind. We didn't use the pool...next time!”
