“The property was just as described. Check in was good and no issues. Was in a nice quiet area even though the people in the upstairs later in our visit were loud. It sounded like they were stomping on the floors and moving furniture. The cleanliness of the place was a little suspect. It didnt look to have been dusted for quite some time. “Apartment was advertised as sleeps 4, however there was only one queen bed accommodating 2 people. There was provided a portable mattress, extra bed sheets and a pillow, but no comforter. Regardless, if apartment is advertised as sleeps 4, owner should provide a bed or a pull out couch/chair to accommodate the count of quests. Apartment feels run down. floor was dirty on arrival. Chair was very dirty to a point where we would not choose to sit. Portable mattress was stained. Shower was updated,……

“Clean living quarters, a lot of things provided like cookware, towels, blankets and pillows. Prompt communication when and if an issue arose. I would highly recommend.”

“Our hosts were wonderful catering to all of our needs. The beach is 1/2 block away which is a great plus. Cocoa beach is a much recommended getaway especially since we stayed 3 months. The only negative is that the second floor apartments are not fully carpeted which is a consideration when booking the upstairs apartment. The noise was a constant issue ”

The 4/5 is for two reasons: 1) It appears to be managed by a property management company called Ubango, not directly by a host on Vrbo. The check-in email got lost in my spam with opaque titles and information, and included a PDF with property info, which was unique compared to other booking experiences.
