“Overall, this isn't a bad hotel, but one disappointing issue was that the outdoor showers were out of service. Since the hotel is advertised as being close to the beach, I feel the showers should be operational. Without them, it was difficult to rinse off the sand before returning to the hotel, which made tracking sand into our room almost unavoidable. It was a small detail that had a noticeable impact on our stay.”

Griming tools to grill, towels, umbrellas! There is private beach access and hammocks all over the premises. Also yoga mats and beautiful art all over the property. You can’t find a better place in cocoa”

“I'm giving it a 4 because when we arrived to check in, we were given a room with two queen beds, even though I had reserved an apartment. I had to go back to the front desk, explain the situation, and show my reservation. Even then, I had to argue to get the accommodation I had actually booked. Once we got to the apartment, it didn't even have a kitchen, which was another feature included in my reservation. We decided to make the best of it and enjoy the beach instead of letting it ruin our……

“Things I liked first. Hot water didn't run out. House stayed cool despite the raging sun outside. The beach is a block away. Very quick walk. Staff got back to me right away when I had questions. Plenty of towels and beach towels. The kitchen had everything I needed to cook on the stove. Sinkin the kitchen was Xtra large -easy for dishes to get washed. Washer and dryer on site and free- nice microwave and there was a toaster too. Kureig coffee maker with coffee supplied too! Beds were comfy.……
