“Partial ocean view is a horrible way to make your guests think they are going to see the ocean. But reality is we saw the ocean over the air conditioning units. Not what I expected. Was not at all pleases with that.”

The only complaint I have is that the toilets are way too low the squatty potties instead of regular sized toilets and the Internet could be a little bit better other than that it was a great stay. Would recommend staying there. We plan on doing it again.”

“The room is actually a two bedroom apartment and it worked great for us. Very reasonable price. Direct access to the ocean. Chair and umbrellas are provided. Very quiet area of Cocoa Beach, but not far from some nice places to eat. The patio at night was a great addition to our experience. Very relaxing at night.”

“Things I liked first. Hot water didn't run out. House stayed cool despite the raging sun outside. The beach is a block away. Very quick walk. Staff got back to me right away when I had questions. Plenty of towels and beach towels. The kitchen had everything I needed to cook on the stove. Sinkin the kitchen was Xtra large -easy for dishes to get washed. Washer and dryer on site and free- nice microwave and there was a toaster too. Kureig coffee maker with coffee supplied too! Beds were comfy.……

“This place was great, super clean, great location, very short walk right to the beach on the property plus two different outdoor showers. The cottage itself was great, great ocean view, very modern, enough space for my family of 4. Everything worked as it should have. I would definitely recommend staying here. I definitely would go back again.”
