“The room is ok. Broken bathroom door and hook for the towels was also broken . Maintenance never came to fix. The air conditioning was great , the bed was comfortable , so was the location near the beach and Publix supermarket. The staff was very friendly.”

The beach is just a short walk and beach access was very easy. The staff is exceptionally nice and very polite. We had an issue upon check-in and the maintenence man took care of it right away! “The hotel is right on the beach and you do not have to cross any streets to get to the beach which is great. The building has seen better days and needs lots of maintenance. Even the little tent outside the reception is tore up and you would think management would fix it so people have a better experience coming in to the property.The room we stayed at was clean and updated but lacked a TV in the bedrooms and only had one tv in the living/dining room. In short you get what you pay for. It was……

“Early checkin room ready was a fantastic surprise coming from post cruise. Clean and nice hotel, rooms you can hear very easily through the walls, beds and pillows were a bit uncomfortable. Clean a staff were amazing! Good location too. ”

“I do not understand the need to have the main lobby entrance doors locked until 10am. Seems like those doors could be unlocked well before this, maybe 6am. Especially when there is a front desk attendee and breakfast staff in the immediate area at that time.”
