Large unit with everything you need !

It was a very nice property with nice heated pool. Beautiful views of ocean . Beautiful balcony. The only downside was the closet had LOTS of stuff to use for the beach that was awesome to use with sand in them. I think that made the unit smell.i lysoled everything and lit candles and by day 2 it was better. Would stay again!

Very clean, just as advertised. Got to see 3 launches from our balcony!! This was a great place to stay. I recommend this place to anyone who wants to enjoy a peaceful, beautiful stay!!

Great Location

The condo was in great need of updating. The bed was very uncomfortable and sunk in the middle. A few of the windows were broken and wouldn’t open. One of the bedroom windows didn’t have a screen so we couldn’t open it. The other one had holes in the screen. The balcony furniture was obviously old and very uncomfortable, 1 was broken completely. The location was great for ocean views tho.

Windows

Found windows were nailed shut. Some patio furniture needed to be thrown out rotten material. Coffee filters would have been a nice inexpensive perk.we enjoyed the view.when we arrived couldn’t find our condo then find the elevator

Three Sisters’ Yearly Getaway

The property was exactly as advertised. There was plenty of room, a great ocean view from the balcony, safe convenient garage parking, and all the furnishings that we needed.

Space Coast Softball Tournament

My husband and I came down to watch our Granddaughter play in a softball tournament. This place was perfect for us. The condo was nice and the beach wasn’t crowded and the location was perfect. We definitely would recommend Spanish Main 61.

Ocean View

Property is older and reasonably well-maintained. Lanai cushions could be replaced, an extra set of sheets and a blanket would be useful. The property location was great and a corner unit overlooking the ocean was ideal. All in all, a good value for the money. Would stay there again.

Great ocean views and location

Second floor end unit provided great views of the ocean as well as rocket launches from Cape Canaveral . The garage was an added advantage. The only negative is trying to leave the property to go south.

Perfect for the price.

We had an amazing time! The place was clean, had the bare necessities and adequately furnished for the price. The fitted sheets kept popping off the king bed so that was a pain but otherwise no complaints. We also didn’t realize we had garage parking until the next day when we saw the code on one of the fliers in the condo. Might be helpful to put that in the welcome email .

Great view of the ocean!

Our family had a great time in Cocoa Beach! The direct ocean view was breathtaking! Great communication and instructions by the owner of the unit. Overall, wonderful experience. The unit could use a little updating, but the view of the ocean easily made up for it.

You need help

The front closet has a ton of dirt/sand. TheAC unit smells of mold musty amd black mold on vents. I cpuld hardly breath. Theres small white bugs. Only 1palmetto got in. But you definitely need to find your moisture problem!

The property was clean and well kept.

We enjoyed our stay very much. We were surprised to see all the seaweed on the beach, but were told that it was from a hurricane earlier in the season. We rented a car from the airport, however, there were a few really good restaurants in walking distance; I don't know what we would have done without Barrier Jacks. Their food and service were excellent, and everything on their extensive menu was good and cooked from scratch. We will most likely go back next year!

I would stay here again!

We really enjoyed this property! It was so cozy and comfortable with tons of space. The owner was very quick to respond to any message that I sent. In the beginning we had an issue that was beyond the owners control, he immediately put us in contact with the property manager. The manager, Cathy, called us and addressed the problem right away! She was so great and so personable and really wanted to make sure we were happy with our stay. I would absolutely stay here again!!! The space, location, everything was great!

Apartment style clean spacious condo

We stayed with two young children for two nights in February 2017. The location on the water was very nice for fun in the sand/beach. We wanted a spot close to Kennedy Space Center and it fit our needs well. It is dated and there are a few small things that would improve the location like shower head replacement, better instructions for garage, and updated quieter laundry equipment. Otherwise, beds were comfortable, neighbors were quiet and polite, and the cleanliness was great.
