Coco Beach newly remodeled, open 2/1 first floor direct ocean front condo.

Our location is a small, intimate, 23 unit complex. This particular unit, #9, is on the ground floor, and one of the closest to our private beach access. You can fall a sleep to the sounds of the waves crashing on the beach. We are in close proximity to numerous attractions like rocket launches, The Pier, shopping, and cruise ships. If you want to stay in a place that's been newly renovated, with all the amenities of home, well look no further! This first floor condo is your destination. A total renovation was completed on the inside and outside of the unit and boasts new kitchen with stainless appliances, a new bathroom, and large bedrooms, one having a king size bed and the other having a queen bed. There is a large flat screen tv in the living room, and there are tv's in each bedroom. Cable and wireless internet are provided. For your convenience, beach chairs, easy pop up shelter, a beach utility cart (to get your stuff out there), sand toys, and a pack n play are provided. There is an outdoor shower on the patio to rinse off. If you have a larger group of people, or want more of an ocean view, we have a second condo in the complex to rent out to you, listing 7915275. Enjoy! As of 3/15/20 we are using Virex Tb during our cleaning process .

We spent 2 days in this amazing property. Very clean, directly on the beach, exactly like the pictures. Communication was fast and easy (travelled from Canada). This was the perfect stay before our cruise. Highly recommend!!!

Really enjoyed our stay. The property is right at the beach and was close to all the activities we did during our stay. One thing I do wish it had was an outdoor seating area right off the Condo. We ended up opening the front door and pulling chairs our on the front sidewalk to enjoy the night air.

Great stay in Cocoa Beach

We really enjoyed our stay. The unit was clean and exactly as described in the listing. It is in a great location on the beach with easy access to cruise terminals, NASA Kennedy Space Center as well as several other attractions/restaurants/etc. We would 100% stay there again if we're ever back in Cocoa Beach.

Great Place for Cruise Layover

We selected this property due to its closeness to Port Canaveral. The owner was fantastic and allowed us early check-in to accommodate us, which was so appreciated. We made a beach day out of it and even saw two rockets launch from nearby Cape Canaveral. We could literally walk around the corner of the building and be at the beach. It was challenging without a car, as there aren't a lot of nearby places for essentials, but overall it was a great stay.

Family vacation

My family had a great time in this property. The only bad thing was the floors were not clean, they hadn’t been mopped prior to our arrival, but other than that I would recommend this place. Michael was very easy to reach and made sure our stay was as pleasant as could be. The neighborhood was quiet and family friendly. The location was perfect to watch the sunrise every morning. All the amenities were as described. Looking forward to our next stay there.
