“We came in for my family reunion at chesnut ridge. Jyl was awesome at communication and the place was in a beautiful setting felt safe for kids to be out and about. A plus was my sisters family stayed right next to us so that was very fun for all of us!! Great stay location to get to EA, nlNiagara Falls etc and people! Thank you for everything! “After trying to check in I was told I had to come back in an hour because the room was being cleaned allegedly. The room stunk of mold. There was black mold and funguses growing on the wall under the desk. The carpet was soaking wet and reeked of mold. There was several used condoms under the edge of the bed. The neighboring room which the gentleman appeared to live their full-time was openly smoking meth in the parking lot. No staff were able to be found to address the problems after checking.”

“Absolutely disgusting. This hotel was nothing like the pictures advertised online. The photos must have been taken a very, very long time ago because what we walked into was shocking. The entire room was filthy and clearly not properly maintained. The curtains were literally falling off the rod, and the bathroom door handle had been slammed right through the door. The bathtub was so dirty that I didn’t even want to shower in it. To make matters worse, the shower water went from absolutely……

“We arrived and got 2 cards for the room. Both cards would not work so we ended up getting a new room and new cards. Only 1 out of the 2 cards worked and it was a hit and miss that it would work. Front desk was dusty. Once we got into the room the tiled floors had a greasy feeling to them. There were no towels in the bathroom, and the bathroom door would not stay closed. The vanity in the bathroom was broken in a spot, and duct tape was used to cover it. Overall, it did not feel clean or……
