Our room initially had a strong dog smell but once we opened the windows to let it air out and then turn on the air conditioner, it smelled better. “We were lock out of our room for over 4 hours and tried to get ahold of someone to re program our room door code and couldn’t get ahold of anyone so we went to the next door neighbor and it just happened to be the property manager. This is why I’m not giving an excellent review since we were unable to get into our room for over 4 hours and had to sit in our car since the weather was cloudy, rainy and cold.
