The cabin was well kept and clean and we recommended anyone considering to book to go ahead. You will be completely satisfied just like we were. The hosts were kind and friendly as well.”

“Great location and the host was quick to let me know all arrival/departure details. My wife and I are very fond of the Guntersville area. For a quick and inexpensive get away, this was the perfect little cottage. The only draw back for us was that I am an early riser, and my wife likes to sleep late. The floors in the kitchen are very squeaky and I woke her both mornings walking around. The cottage could use a little freshening up on paint, but we understood that it probably has high volume……

“I honestly hate leaving a bad review because the host was really nice. However, the property was not clean, the grill was not functional and it overall did not meet expectations given the price. The bed linens and pillows are very cheap. I did send photos of the grill to the host. I looked back on reviews after booking (I know-should have done it sooner) and someone noted the exact issue with the grill as I did. So it is a bit frustrating that it hasn’t been corrected. The cabin could be so……

“The front door on my room 120 didn't shut all the way, it was locked and secured but at least a 1.5inch of door not shutting fully. Again, the lock worked (the dead bolt and the door one) but not the best feeling. Staff were pleasant and nice. Easy check in and check it process. Nice comfy bed, cool AC and nice TV. I'd stay here again”

“There were crumbs in the bed . A pincher bug in the bed. Blood on the door handle to the bathroom.”

“The property it’s being renovated, the staff are very helpful and kind. The property is very clean, and quiet. The location is great you have a little of everything close by, like Walmart, Tj max, Home Depot, buffet, public , gas station and many other stores. I highly recommend.”
