"Un hotel sencillo con buena limpieza, el servicio es agradable, desayuno por cortesía acto muy generoso! El estacionamiento es justo detrás del hotel deben colocar en el GPS Hotel Nest parking. Es un poco oscuro, limitado y durante las noches lo cierran por seguridad, al salir o entrar debes notificar llamando. Otro detalle es que está súper cerca del la estación del tren, puedes dejar tu carro y caminar 👌. El único detalle incómodo es que al toser, estornudar, mover cosas entre otros ruidos se escuchan entre las habitaciones."

"Well maintained property. The pool is refreshing and has a children’s area. The location is ideal, across the street from Luquillo beach and the kiosks. Breakfast is adequate. All staff are friendly and helpful. There is a parking fee if you have a car on the property."

"This is my most favorite place on Puerto Rico to stay at!!! Everything about our stay was fabulous.....except I loved the smell of the hotel so much that they need to sell the fragrance for home use (with a diffuser) or they need to sell candles of the scent. Many hotels have their signature scent available The El Conquistador should as well. That is my only complaint. I will be back!!!"

"It was a very comfortable place, conveniently located near the airport and Old San Juan. The facilities were beautiful and comfortable, and the lady who welcomed us was always very friendly and helpful."

"Had some problems finding the condo. However I called the phone number and they walked me through. "

"The best part of our stay was the covered patio ocean view and the view from our room. You can hear the ocean waves 24/7. However, there were several cockroaches in our room on a daily basis. Half the days we did not habe clean towels and the last day we did not even have coffee in the morning. This propery has a pool which is nice but otherwise we left the hotel for all daily activities. Also check in was difficult. We never recieved the 24 hour virtual check in email and when i messaged the property we recieved no reply. It wasnt until we arrived in the evening and we called the customer care number that we were able to get any check in details. "
