The rooms were cleaned, the staff very friendly, and the common areas were well maintained. The pool and bar area were particularly nice. My fiancée and I had an amazing time here and would definitely stay again if we visit this area again.”

“Our experience at the Armas was wonderful! The location was perfect and close to all the nearby shopping and restaurants. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The staff were so friendly and helpful. We had no complaints and only positive experiences. Highly recommend! The shop right by the lobby has the best prices in town for all souvenirs, concessions, snacks, and the owner was so friendly. There is also a connected photobooth studio as well.”

“It is in the heart of Old San Juan. Hard to find a place so convenient to walk in the city. Only thing bothering me is it is so hard to parking in holiday season. I didn't find anywhere as parking lots nearby are closed ”

“Our stay was carefree and effortless. The room was clean. The staff were courteous and the pool area was relaxing. Because we booked through a third party, we weren't aware of the resort fee amount. It was more affordable than other resort fees however ask up front. We were charged for using the mini fridge by accident however they corrected the mistake expeditiously. I will definitely stay again in the future.”
