"This Hotel is super clean and new. love the suites, pool, laundry facility on premise, breakfast buffet and proximity to the Isla Verde and W. Isla Verde Beaches. Across the street from the Foxwood Casino and there were plenty of restaurants on and near the hotel to enjoy that were also within walking distance. Overall, this was a great stay."

"The property and location is paradise. Staff super friendly polite. Resort fantastic.
Only issues we had is that you need a trolley service to transport you around the facility. Sometimes had to wait 20 minutes to half an hour, which was pretty much ridiculous.
And the $89 resort fee per day and pay parking per day is ridiculous. Other than that I would stay here every time I am in Puerto Rico."

"My cousin and I were visiting Puerto Rico for the first time. The AC Hotel is nice and clean, guest services was very polite and checking in was easy. We had a queen double room that was well kept, super clean with fresh linens. The hot water was perfect and so was the air conditioning. At some point we turned it off at night and it was still freezing in the room. Every thing is conveniently near the hotel as far as good food and shopping. The $45 daily resort fee was also a plus for lunch or dinner at the roof top bar. All in all this was a great stay and we definitely wouldn’t mind staying at AC hotel whenever we visit Puerto Rico again. "
