“Gorgeous property with spectacular staff! The room was lovely! The pillows were super comfortable and the blanket was perfectly fluffy. We slept so well. The shower was spacious-- would love lotion to be available to complete the lux spa feel. Breakfast was delicious would have loved an easy place to place used dishes after. The patio was prestine and pleasant. We loved sitting on the rooftop! Next time, will definitely stay longer :)”

“My stay at Don Rafa Boutique Hotel & Residences was overall good, but there were definitely some positives and negatives. The room was okay, although not quite what I expected. There was only a small loveseat and no table or convenient place to set drinks or personal items. The service, however, was excellent throughout our stay. The staff was friendly and attentive. “Hotel Luz was an awesome find for my solo stay in Puerto Rico for 9 nights while visiting for a wedding. I really enjoyed my stay at this stylish boutique hotel, and I highly recommend it to fellow travelers! My room was cozy, the AC worked really well, the bed was comfy, and the bathroom was stylish. The room had all that I needed such as a mini fridge, a tv, a luggage rack, convenient wooden hanging hooks, and a mini clothes hanging rack with hangers. Big shoutout to the front desk employee,……

“Stayed here night before our cruise. Very close to port with restaurants near by. They offered a shuttle to old San Juan but not one to cruise port. Breakfast was good had all hot items on hot plates & made fresh omelettes.”

“The staff was friendly and well-intentioned, but unfortunately the stay had several issues that impacted the experience. The TV didn’t work, the shower flooded, and there was very little staff availability throughout our stay. I also texted the emergency contact number for assistance and never received a response. Our room was not cleaned during the stay until asked, as we were never informed that housekeeping needed to be specifically requested. To be fair, when the room was cleaned, it was……

“Room was very clean, beds and linens and pillows were comfortable and provided a good nights rest after a long day of travel, water pressure and towels were great. Just note that street traffic and outside noises and people on the streets and others in the hotel are definitely heard by all. Foam ear plugs are provided for this. Even with this being said we slept great and were comfortable and would come here again.”
