"Loved the hotel and ambiance. The location is great, so easy to walk to Hot Springs pool. Such a cool historic hotel and reading about the history of it. Will be back!"

"We had a really nice stay. It was great for dog owners, being on the path and next to the river. The river running by drowned out traffic noise. My only complaint was the bar/restaurant. The ambiance and staff were great, but the food was not great and overpriced. "

"Stayed here twice....never again. DIRTY out front of lobby (outside), dirty lobby floor, looks like floor has not been mopped in a month. The entire place is badly in need of repair. Forgot my tooth brush, went to the front desk to ask to buy one. I was told, "We don't have any." In fairness, perhaps they sold out. Place smells like popcorn 27/7. Rooms are functional and that is about it. Don't expect COMFORTABLE amenities."
