"You can tell no money is going back into the betterment of the hotel. Hot tub isn’t working and you can tell it hasn’t worked a long time, the pool was FREEZING. The pool was the only reason I booked this hotel, if I had known I wouldn’t of picked this property."

"Key card never worked so you'd have to get it redone every day. Upcharges for every little thing like parking and an expensive daily pet fee."

"This is the second time within a month I’ve stayed there and it’s great!"

"Staff was very defensive and short when asked a simple question as if we were bothering them.Staff was not welcoming, did not greet us not one time during our stay. Staff did not bring us towels when asked we had to call again the next day to receive more towels."

"We bothy slept poorly diue to the noise of the freeway. Cheap windows provided little sound insulation. TV was inoperable until the maintenance came to reboot the system. No breakfast coupon was provided at check-in although I paid extra for breakfast at time of booking."

"It was clean, nice for the one night we needed it. The staff were not friendly, when we checked in or out, it was different staff members and they seemed to hate their job. Not pay attention or greet people. When we checked in the one lady was on her phone and barely acknowledged me, she was dismissive. When checking out it was pretty much the same. Breakfast wasn’t the best, I thought it would be cooked food, but it was just cereal, bagels and coffee. overall the best part was that the room was clean. that was it. "

"I have always loved this hotel! Not only is the staff friendly, you cant beat the location! Because if you have kids like me that can't make up there mind what they want to do. You can start the day skiing, then if you want to take a break and go swimming and back to skiing you can!"
