"We were there for a conference. The convention center was easy to access—less than a 10-minute walk—and the area had many restaurants and activities."

"The condo was clean, had no issue with neighbors. Parking right outside building. There were dressers and closets for clothing. Was centrally located for our purposes. Close to the highway. Really everything you need to live there for a time. The only thing remotely negative was there is a hospital and fire station nearby by so you will hear sirens. Not enough for me to reduce the rating."

"Enjoyed the apartment. Clean, ready to stay. I was at a swim meet at osu and the location was perfect. Restaurants, little stores down the street were awesome. Did worry a bit w/ the parking as people would walk thru that did not stay there. In all would be there again."

"It was close enough to the major highways, but far enough off the beaten path that it was quiet. Lots of people outside around the neighborhood so it felt very safe. Watch for the albino squirrel!"

"The property was very clean and very spacious. My daughter and I were extremely comfortable. My dogs enjoyed the yard. I read a review about rugs but its not true the rugs were very nice. If you're looking for a piece of mind this is the place other than not being told the washer was out of order we had a great stay and will be booking again!!"

"Great house in a great location. Perfect walking distance for German Village. Two SUV's were tricky for the garage but we made it work. Layout of the house is fantastic but must be able to do stairs-like the description says. One issue with AC but owner was quick to respond."

"When first arriving, it appeared decent. The tv was broken when we attempted to turn it on, which we were able to get a replacement on day 3. The first night there was a huge leak from the ceiling in the first floor bathroom. No mention in the messages what theyd do about that. Just put a bucket and a towel so we could use the bathroom. The oven was unplugged and couldn't cook anything on the stove, and the outlet looked weird and exposed. Kinda sketchy. On the last night, there was a leak...

"Spent the weekend with some old friends and celebrated a birthday. Went bowling during the day and enjoyed Schmidt’s restaurant which was in walking distance. Nice backyard enjoyed playing cornhole."

I have no complaints location was great, friendly and welcoming neighbors, will definitely stay again, Stephanie was also very nice, professional, caring, and made sure you felt welcomed, she was a phone call away the whole stay, very appreciated and responds quickly to any questions etc!!! "Stayed at this wonderful apartment for 8 nights during Congress because it’s 1.5 miles away. Brought my dog who loved the extra room and grassy areas. At first I was a little worried about the neighborhood but after a day I was totally at ease and loved that the Kroger is directly across the street! Previous guest left the tv I’m French but the owner promptly fixed that. Will dry stay here next year"

"The place was pretty nice. When I moved in there were some issues (broken dishes, no blackout curtains, hair in the drawers from previous owner, leaking window in the bedroom etc.) but host was very responsive and did her best to help. Throughout the stay the host was also quick to reply when I reached out. Overall it was a decent stay and I would come back for short stays."

"Very nice area, quiet & clean condo. Only issue was no coffee pot & no rear entry from parking lot. There was a espresso style machine, but when I ran it, small pieces of metal came out, so we didn't use it. There is a place to park out front on the street, but if you park in the back, there isn't access into garage, so we had to walk around to get in. Other than that, I highly recommend this VRBO location."
