“The property is a duplex, we got both sides. Each unit has 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. Upon arriving, the yard had a lot of litter/trash. I picked a lot of it up and threw it away. There was also a swept pile of construction debris right outside the back door. Inside, the kitchens are updated and nice. However, there was no garbage can in the one kitchen. We did see a lot of dust in the house. Also, bathroom sink was very slow to drain. Shampoo and body wash containers in the bathroom were empty.……

“Pictures on website look much brighter than actual thing. Dust in corners and baseboards. No rugs where shown in pictures except under small table. Basement where laundry is located is disgusting. I was actually afraid to walk down the steps at first. It looks like they throw any extra boxes etc down there and there was dirt and spiderwebs all over. Old shower curtain in bathroom closet. Curtains that were torn down by other guests also in cabinet. Kitchen was nice. Room air conditioner was……
