Staff was very nice but property definitely was not as nice as pictured. The cover underneath the bed had cigarette burns and multiple large stains. Of course for $60 some dollars a night I don’t expect a 5 star hotel but furniture was broken and not well cared for, and the room was definitely not cleaned to the extent that it should have been. I have stayed in much much nicer Motel 6’s and was disappointed in this one.

Too dirty, the fridge with cigarette ash and cockroaches in the bathroom must improve a lot, it doesn't matter if it's a cheap hotel but its priority is that it is clean

The bed sheets had cigarette burns in them and still had hair on them in many places, leading me to believe that it was unwashed. My pillow also had hair on it and there was no shampoo or conditioner provided in my unit. I had to ask the front desk for shampoo and conditioner

Could not reach Front Desk to change booking. Tried numerous times. Arrived late on second day of booking and did not have my reservation via Expedia, but they were able to accommodate us. I asked for room on backside but was not warned about busy train track about 50 ft outside door. Horrible mattress. Clean, newly renovated, minimal towels, great pillows, no rug to wipe snow off shoes

Incredibly inconsiderate.
Hotels.com "couldn't go foward with services." I waited 30 minutes and the guy working the front desk shrugged his shoulders when i told him that. There was no reservation in my name. The money had been taken from my account leaving me with none. It was 2am and 20° outside and the gentleman wouldnt allow me to be in the lobby while i tried to figure things out. I didnt get a refund and had to wait 2 hours for the bus outside, freezing cold and tired.
