“We came here as a home base to see lake como, bellagio and the local gardens and it was perfect for myself and my 2 college age kids. We had the 1 bdrm apt and it was perfect! The staff are so kind and accommodating! We had a long day of travel and they communicated with us to make sure we could check in upon arrival. The buffet breakfast buffet was amazing, we took pics in the garden, close to bus stop to town, and the spa we reserved for the 3 of us which had a great jacuzzi, steam and sauna……

“We stayed here 3 nights. It is the perfect location, in the heart of Como, for exploring the town and the lake. The ferry ticket office and pier is 100 meters away. There are many restaurants within a 5min walk. It is within walking distance to both Como train stations for those using public transport. Camilla is very helpful with good communications in English. WhatsApp is available to message or talk with her. The building is typical of older Italian buildings but the rooms are comfortable……

“This cozy, well-cared-for villa is truly a gem… overlooking the incredibly beautiful Lake Como. We thoroughly enjoyed our two night stay (we wish we had stayed longer!!).
Donatella (the owner), her daughter, Martina, and others helped make our stay truly memorable.
The room was large, incredibly clean and well/appointed… and the views from the patio were simply breathtaking.
Parking is available on-site with a prior reservation. Breakfast was ample and delicious, with lots of tasty baked……
