I absolutely loved the layout, decor & the kitchen was equipped with pretty much anything you would need. The basement area with games was a nice treat for late evening. “Our daughter got married this past weekend. We were looking for a place that was pretty close to the venue since we lived out of town that would accommodate our large family. We luckily found this lake house at Badin Lake. It was absolutely perfect for our family and accommodated all of us. We love the game room and the view of the lake. Every day from every part of the house was gorgeous. We definitely will be back.”

“Stayed for a week while attending an antique tractor show in Denton. Would definitely stay again if ever in the area. Third bathroom is a bit away from the third bedroom but very workable for three senior couples. Loved it. ”

“Parking was convenient even for our F-350. Plenty of room for folks to spread out in the living area and kitchen. Upstairs suite would be a PLUS PLUS for family gatherings as you have privacy in your own sitting area, etc up there. Would not recommend for someone with climbing issues/knees/hips etc as steps go up to the main floor and then lots of steps to top suite. But we are in our mid 70s and did NOT have any issues of same. Recommend this VRBO, we do. ”
